Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops
2 large apples , peeled , cored & sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar ( I use a bit less )
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
1/2 cup dry sherry

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

8.Bring the sauce to a simmer and let bubble for 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
9.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
10.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
