Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs ( made from about 3 slices French or Italian bread )
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley , flat-leaf preferred
2 dozen fresh oysters , shucked
3 tablespoons freshly grated imported parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter , cut in tiny pieces

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.

3.Add garlic and parsley to the breadcrumbs mix and stir to combine.
4.Clean the shucked oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
5.Sprinkle breadcrumb mix on top of each oyster and then add a tiny piece of butter to each oyster.
6.Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each oyster and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
7.Serve hot and enjoy!
