Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried rose petals
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cardamom

1/2 cup ghee , melted
6 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
1 cup fresh chives or 1 cup leek , chopped
1 cup fresh parsley , chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1 cup fresh dill , chopped
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves ( or 2 tablespoons dried barberries , cleanened ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a large bowl whisk together eggs, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic and all-purpose flour.
3.Add fresh chive (or leek), fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, fresh dill, dried fenugreek leaves, dried rose petals, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground cumin, and melted ghee. Mix well.
4.Grease an 8-inch square baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish. Smooth the surface so that the mixture is even.
5.Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and perfectly cooked.
