Coating :
1 cup all-purpose flour

Sauce :
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together water, salt, sugar and hot sauce. Add chicken strips and let it brine in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
3.In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
