4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
Juice of 2 lemons | |
Zest of 1 lemon | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
1 tsp dried oregano | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1. | Preheat oven to 400°F. |
2. | In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. |
3. | Place chicken in a baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. |
4. | Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. |
5. | Serve with your choice of side dishes. |
