Ingredients

1 cup snow peas , trimmed and cut in half

1 red capsicum , sliced

4 tablespoons lime juice
4 red snapper fillets ( or similar fish )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.

5.Place the red snapper fillets in the centre of four pieces of baking paper.

9.Fold the baking paper to enclose the fish and vegetables.
10.Place the parcels on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
