Ingredients

500 ml wheat berries ( stampkoring uncooked )
45 ml maize meal
5 ml paprika
5 ml mustard powder
salt and pepper
12 chicken breasts
2 onions ( sliced )
2 tomatoes ( diced )
150 g fresh mushrooms ( sliced )
500 ml boiled water
2 chicken stock cubes
30 ml Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.

4.Scatter the sliced onions, diced tomatoes and fresh mushrooms over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
5.Dissolve 2 chicken stock cubes in 500ml of hot boiled water, then add Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
6.Cover the dish with foil, and bake it in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
7.Remove the foil, then put the dish back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed.
8.Serve hot with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
