4 halibut fillets ( each about 6 ounces and 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick ) or 4 salmon fillets ( each about 6 ounces and 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick )

6 flour tortillas ( I prefer crispness of taco shells )

Instructions
