Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch tube or bundt pan.

3.In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, all-purpose flour, cake flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder until well combined.

10.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and rum to make the glaze.
11.While the cake is still warm, poke holes in the top with a skewer or fork and pour the glaze over the cake. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
