5 tablespoons plain yogurt

2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 fluid ounces water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 pint fresh single cream
4 tablespoons ground almonds
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1.In a blender, blend ginger, garlic, green chilies, and yogurt together until smooth.

3.Add the blended mixture to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, and chili powder to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Add water and salt to the skillet. Mix well and bring to a boil.
6.Place the lamb in the skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Add single cream, ground almonds, garam masala, and paprika to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until lamb is tender.
