1/2 lemon , juice of
2 tablespoons creme fraiche ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

6.Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is browned.
7.Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and season everything with salt and black pepper.
8.Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
9.Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and tomatoes. If desired, add a splash of white wine and stir in 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche.
10.Serve with watercress on the side and enjoy!
