2 lbs bacon
1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups romaine lettuce or 4 cups spinach

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Foil over an oven-safe bowl. We recommend a 2 or 3 quart bowl.
3.Weave the bacon together over the bowl, creating a bacon bowl.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
5.Remove the bacon bowl from the oven and allow it to cool.
6.Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
7.Add taco seasoning, cumin, black pepper, lemon juice, black beans, corn, and black olives. Stir until combined and heated through.
8.Slice the tomatoes and green onions.
9.In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce or spinach with the cooked beef mixture.
10.Add sliced tomatoes, green onions, and shredded monterey jack pepper cheese.
11.Drizzle with Catalina dressing and top with a dollop of sour cream.
12.Fill the bacon bowl with the salad mixture and enjoy!
