Ingredients

1 3/4 lbs sirloin tip steaks
4 ounces goat cheese
1 lb beef bacon
12 ounces asparagus spears , fresh

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cut the sirloin tip steaks into 12 thin pieces, approximately 1/4 inch in thickness.
3.Salt and pepper each side of the beef and lay them flat.

5.Next, take 3-4 asparagus spears and place them at one end of the steak.
6.Roll the steak up around the asparagus and secure it with 2-3 pieces of beef bacon.
7.Repeat for all steaks.

9.Sear the wrapped steaks, 1-2 minutes per side.
