Instructions

7.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the half-and-half and parmesan cheese. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
8.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
