Ingredients

syrup , preferably Dutch pancake syrup if you can find it

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine white flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.Add milk and egg to flour mixture and whisk until smooth.

4.In the same pan, add butter and oil, then stir the sliced apples into it. Cook for about 5 minutes until lightly browned and tender.
5.Pour the pancake batter over the apples in the same skillet and let cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the edges are set and the bottom is lightly browned.
6.Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Slide the pancake onto a plate and serve hot with syrup.
