Ingredients

1/2 onion , chopped
2 roma tomatoes , chopped
1/2 red bell pepper , chopped
1/2 green bell pepper , chopped
1/2 cup mushroom , chopped

2 cloves garlic , diced
cooked spaghetti , for two
1/2 cup olive oil ( you may use more oil to cook the vegetables , and then just pour it off after tossing with the noodle )
1/2 cup sausage , crumbled and fried
shredded aged cheese
