Instructions

1.Soak the dried cod fillet in cold water for 24-48 hours, changing the water 3-4 times to remove excess salt.

4.Add the shredded cod to the batter and mix together well.
5.Heat corn oil in a frying pan until hot.
6.Using a spoon or your hands, form small balls of the mixture and drop them into the hot oil.

8.Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
