2 cups water
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
2 teaspoons cilantro
oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Soak the salt cod fish for 24 hours in cold water, changing the water 2 to 3 times.

6.Use a slotted spoon to remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
