Ingredients

1/4 lb cod
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 garlic clove
2 leaves culantro ( cilantro )
1 package sazon goya con culantro y achiote
pepper , to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

9.Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
10.Serve the Bacalaitos while they are still warm and crispy.
