Ingredients

4 1/2 lbs of meaty pork ribs or 4 1/2 lbs beef ribs
2 medium yellow onions , sliced thickly
1 to 2 lemon , juice of , only
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt ( I use only 1/2 teaspoon )
2 tablespoons brown sugar , packed
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
