Lasagna is a classic Italian dish that has become a favorite in many American households. This recipe takes traditional lasagna to the next level by using spicy Italian sausage and three types of cheese. What sets this lasagna apart from others is that there is no need to boil the noodles ahead of time. Simply layer the uncooked noodles with the sauce and cheese mixture, and let it bake in the oven. Instructions

.In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled.
.Add the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, water, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the pot. Stir to combine.
.In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 2 cups of the grated mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, and black pepper.
.Spread 1 cup of the sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, making sure to end with a layer of the remaining 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese.
.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
.Allow the lasagna to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
