Ingredients

2 lbs frozen chicken tenders
2 bags frozen mixed vegetables ( thawed and drained )
1 bag frozen chopped onions
2 cups frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
2 cans fat-free cream of chicken soup
2 cups skim milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 box fat free cream cheese ( softened )
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt , to taste if desired
1 box refrigerated pie crusts
This Awesome Crock-Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup is a delicious spin on a classic comfort food dish. Instructions

1.In a large crockpot, add the frozen chicken tenders, mixed vegetables, onions and hash brown potatoes.
2.In a medium size bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, skim milk, chicken broth, softened cream cheese, chicken bouillon, sage, rosemary, black pepper, and salt (if desired).
3.Pour the mixture over the frozen chicken and vegetables in the crockpot. Mix everything together.
4.Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
5.After the soup has cooked, take the chicken tenders out of the crockpot and shred them. Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and mix everything together.
6.Preheat your oven to 400°F. Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles with a biscuit cutter.
7.Place the circles on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve the soup hot with the baked pie crust on top!
