Ingredients

1/4 cup brandy
1 teaspoon nutmeg , freshly grated
1 pinch paprika

7 ounces cooked shrimp , peeled , drained and patted dry
2 avocados , ripe
1 lemon , juice of
3 ounces freshly grated gruyere cheese
1 cup milk , full fat
2 ounces unsalted butter
2 ounces flour
1 pinch salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

9.Arrange the avocado halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven until cheese has melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
