Ingredients

1 Hass avocado , peeled , pitted , and halved
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro leaf
salt and pepper
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup canned black beans , rinsed and drained
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels , defrosted , rinsed and drained
2 scallions , white and light green parts only , chopped ( I skipped these ! )
1 dash hot sauce
salt and pepper
20 round tortilla chips ( I used Scoops )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mash half of the avocado with the sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

3.Crumble the remaining half avocado over the salsa mixture and mix it in lightly.
4.Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and spoon a tablespoon of the avocado-sour cream mixture onto each one, spreading it evenly.
5.Using a small spoon, top each chip with a spoonful of the salsa mixture.
6.Garnish with additional cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
