3 -4 avocados
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice , plus more for garnish
1/2 lb spaghetti , or linguini noodles
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese , plus more for serving
1 large egg

1/2 dozen cherry tomatoes

Instructions
