2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1/4 teaspoon ginger
4 tablespoons peanut oil
1 lb fresh Chinese egg noodles
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Instructions

5.Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain. Serve the pork and vegetables over the noodles.
