12 fresh corn tortillas
1 -14 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water , to be mixed with soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese ( or one of your choice )
8 ounces chopped green chilies
1/4 cup oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a small saucepan, mix cream of mushroom soup and water, and heat over low heat.

4.Pour 1/2 cup of soup mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5.Fill tortillas with grated cheese and chopped green chilies. Line them in the dish.
6.Cover with the remaining soup mixture and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese.
7.Bake for 25 minutes and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
8.Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.
