Ingredients

1 large eggplant , sliced peeled ( optional )
3 -4 cups of preferrably homemade marinara sauce or 3 -4 cups meat , sauce
3 whole eggs , beaten
1 2/3 cups seasoned flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

Instructions

8.Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven, removing foil for last 15 minutes of baking.
9.Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
