1 medium onion , finely chopped
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried herbs ( choose your favourite )
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
1 egg , season and beat well
flour , as needed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
