Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 red pepper , diced
1/2 green pepper , diced
3 green onions , chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bag of plain Fritos corn chips ( has to be name brand )
1 bottle of kraft Catalina dressing

Instructions

1.Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
2.Once the beef is browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
3.Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet.
4.Simmer the beef mixture for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5.In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, diced red and green peppers, chopped green onions, grape tomatoes, and iceberg lettuce.
6.Crush the Fritos corn chips and add them to the bowl.
7.Add the beef mixture to the bowl and toss everything together.
8.Serve with Kraft Catalina dressing on top.
