2 tablespoons strong white flour

3 tablespoons parmesan cheese , plus extra

350 g mozzarella cheese , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

8.Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
