2 pizza crust mix
200 ml sour cream
1/4 cup fresh coriander , chopped
chili flakes , to serve

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.

4.Mix the pizza crust mix and form a dough.
5.Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza tray.
6.Spread the sour cream over the pizza base and add the cooked aubergine and potato.
7.Sprinkle with chopped coriander and chopped red chili, then bake in the oven for around 10-15 minutes or until the crust is cooked to your liking.
8.Serve with chili flakes sprinkled over the top.
