2 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil , chopped finely ( optional )
2 ounces grated mozzarella cheese ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup of the lukewarm water and let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

3.Add the yeast mixture and the remaining water to the flour mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
