1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese , grated
2 tablespoons fresh sage , chopped

Instructions
