1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 leaves fresh basil

This Grandma Pizza recipe adapted from America's Test Kitchen (ATK) is sure to hit the pizza spot, with its thin and crispy crust flavored with olive oil, and topped with flavorful diced tomatoes and fresh basil. Instructions

1.In a food processor, mix olive oil and water together until well combined
2.In a separate bowl, combine bread flour, yeast, sugar, and salt and mix well
3.Add the flour mixture to the food processor and mix until a sticky dough forms
4.Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then shape into a 16x12 inch rectangle on a well-oiled rimmed baking sheet
5.Preheat the oven to 500°F and let the dough rest for another 30 minutes
6.Spread diced tomatoes on top of the dough, then sprinkle with minced garlic, dry oregano, and salt
7.Add sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top
8.Drizzle on extra olive oil and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cooked through
9.Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil
10.Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
