1/4 vanilla pod

Instructions

1.Cut the mango flesh off the seed and slice it.

3.Remove the pan from the heat and pickle the sugar into the pan. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

5.Return the pan to the heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and gels. It should have a jam-like consistency.
