Ingredients

1 1/2 cups semi skim milk
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups semi skim milk
7 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons double cream , stiffly whipped
2 tablespoons rose water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

7.Use a non-stick pan and add a tablespoon of the batter for each pancake, and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.
8.Flip the pancake and cook it for 1 minute.
9.Place a spoon of the whipped cream mixture in each pancake and fold it over to form a half-moon.
10.Serve with extra pistachios and hot honey, if desired.
