1 bunch asparagus , cut into 2-inch pieces
1 white onion , chopped
1 pinch garlic salt , or to taste

1 container ricotta cheese
1 package egg roll wrappers , cut into quarters
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

8.Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
