1 lb loaf French bread , dry , broken up into small pieces
5 garlic cloves , peeled and finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 quarts chicken stock
1/2 lb shrimp , peeled
salt
Tabasco sauce ( use Piri Piri if available )
chopped parsley
4 whole eggs

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
