Ingredients

2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce ( Kikkoman is what we used )
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce ( Kikkoman is what we used )
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
2 New York strip steaks
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil , divided
1 medium onion , halved , sliced
2 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1/2-inch strips
4 green onions , chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
This Asian-style steak dish is perfect for meat lovers looking for a flavorful and satisfying meal. Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and grated ginger. Set aside.
2.Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing them.
3.In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the onion, red bell peppers and green onions. Cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4.Add the prepared sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5.Place the sliced steak on a serving dish and top with the stir-fried vegetable mixture. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
