9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 onion , chopped
4 cloves garlic , chopped
1 can vegetable broth
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 can marinated artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach , thawed , drained and squeezed dry
1 jar tomato pasta sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
1 package herb and garlic feta , crumbled

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
4.In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in vegetable broth until softened.
5.Add chopped rosemary, artichoke hearts, and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes.
6.Spread 1/3 of tomato sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

9.Repeat layers, ending with remaining mozzarella cheese.
10.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

12.Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
