Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves , minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tomatoes , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3.Drain the artichoke hearts and slice them.
4.Melt butter/margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped red onion. Cook and stir until onion is translucent. Remove from heat.
5.In a large bowl, combine cooked onions and mushrooms with cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine, oregano, seasoning salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
6.Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with tomato slices.
7.Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
