Instructions

1.Cut the lemons in half, and using a fine-mesh sieve, juice one lemon into a bowl, discarding any seeds. Cut the remaining lemon half into small wedges and set aside for garnish.
2.In a food processor, blend together the artichoke hearts, water, tahini, olive oil, chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and the juice from one lemon. Blend until completely smooth.
