1 smoked kielbasa , sausage , cut in 2 inch pieces
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 large garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon oregano

12 ounces beer

18 pimento stuffed olives , cut in half
1 jar pimiento strips
1 cup peas ( fresh or frozen )

Instructions

3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the diced salt pork. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
4.Add the marinated chicken and sausage, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
5.Add the tomato sauce and beer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
6.Add the rice to the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.
7.Add the olives, pimiento strips, and peas and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
