1 chicken stock cube
35 fluid ounces water
1/4 cup frozen peas
3 eggs , beaten yolks only

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

5.Add the rice to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
6.Pour in 35 fluid ounces of water and stir in the chickpeas, tomato puree, turmeric powder, and chicken stock cube.
7.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
8.Spread the rice out evenly in the pan, then place the chicken and pork on top of the rice.
9.Add the frozen peas and spoon the beaten egg yolks over the top of the meats.
10.Cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the egg yolks are set.
