2 garlic cloves , minced
1 celery , cut in half
1/2 large lime , juice only
2 cups chicken stock ( home made is best )
salt , to taste ( optional )

Instructions

8.Once all the liquid has been absorbed, remove from heat, fluff rice with a fork.
9.Cover and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
