1 onion , chopped
4 1/2 cups beef broth

5 tomatoes
1 lb sausage , cooked or jar mushrooms , drained
1 lb green peas
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 ounces butter
1/2 lb parmesan cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes, then rinse and drain.

5.Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
