Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fast rising yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 -4 ounces prosciutto , sliced very thin
1/2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon herbs ( I use Dried Blend of Aromatic Herbs , Onions , Garlic )
Aromatic Herbed Bread Filled with Prosciutto is a rustic bread that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of prosciutto and herbs provides a savory flavor that complements any meal or snack. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix water and olive oil together.
2.Combine bread flour, salt, yeast, sugar and dried blend of aromatic herbs, onions and garlic in a separate bowl.
3.Slowly add dry ingredients to the bowl containing the water mixture, knead until the dough is smooth.
4.Put the dough in an oiled bowl, cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30-45 min.
5.Roll the dough into a long rectangle shape, lay prosciutto down the center.
6.Cut diagonal slits in the dough and fold the strips over the prosciutto.
7.Brush the top of the dough with milk and sprinkle more herbs on top.
8.Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min or until lightly golden brown.
9.Remove bread from oven and let it cool before slicing.
