12 mushrooms , stems removed
2 large tomatoes , cut into 8 wedges

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, and bay leaf until well combined.

3.Brush the kabobs with the marinade, and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5.Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
