1/4 tablespoon olive oil
10 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken stock or 1 cup beef stock

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

9.Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
